Whether you are preparing for theology, psychology, counselling, or peace and conflict studies, we walk with every applicant from initial enquiry to enrolment. Review the requirements below, gather your documents, and submit your application online or in person.

Who can apply?

Entry requirements

Meet the minimum academic criteria for your chosen programme—be it pastoral ministry, psychology, counselling, or peacebuilding. Mature-age applicants are encouraged to provide evidence of ministry or professional experience.

Master's programmes

Recognised Bachelor's degree. Relevant professional or ministry experience strengthens your application.

Bachelor's programmes

Five credits at Form 5 level. Mature-age applicants may complete an alternative admissions assessment.

Diploma programmes

Three credits plus two passes at Form 5 level.

Certificate programmes

Any four passes at Form 5 level.

Step-by-step

Application process

Submit applications at least six weeks before the intended intake. Late applications across all programme tracks are considered on a space-available basis.

  1. Submit enquiry: Connect with admissions to clarify programme fit and receive guidance on documentation.
  2. Prepare documents: Gather certified copies of certificates, transcripts, ID/passport, CV (postgraduate), and a one-page motivation letter.
  3. Apply online: Complete the digital application form or request a PDF pack from admissions for manual submission.
  4. Interview & review: Attend a short interview (if required) and await admission committee feedback.
  5. Registration: Once accepted, pay the registration fee, confirm your module selections, and receive timetable access.
What to submit

Required documents

Ensure all documents are certified within the last three months. Upload digital copies in PDF format when applying online.

All applicants

  • Completed application form (online or PDF).
  • Certified copies of academic transcripts and certificates.
  • Copy of national ID or passport.
  • Passport-size colour photograph.

Postgraduate applicants

  • Updated curriculum vitae.
  • Two reference letters (academic or pastoral).
  • One-page motivation letter outlining research or ministry goals.

English proficiency

If English is not your first language, submit evidence of proficiency (IELTS 6.0 or equivalent). Applicants may be invited to write an internal language assessment.
